Centipede

Centipede is a good growing grass on lawns, roadsides and parks.  Its popularity as a lawn grass stems from its adaption to low fertility conditions and its low maintenance requirements.  Centipede is a course textured perennial grass that slowly spreads.  It has a yellow-green color and relatively slow rate of growth.  Centipede has a poor cold tolerance and is better suited to grow on sandy, acid soils in our area.
